The Real Gutter Protector's Waterloov® System was developed and patented in Redbank NJ. It has been tested in the most demanding conditions since 1987. The first test installation was in a heavily wooded area in Red Bank, New Jersey. Each year, the end cap is removed to monitor any build up of debris in the gutter. In more than 16 years, virtually nothing has entered the gutter but rainwater.
